What you’ll need:
- A Blender
- 2 cups or Coconut Water
- Half a banana
- one teaspoon honey
- one teaspoon of acai
- one teaspoon of cacao
- half teaspoon of coconut oil
- half teaspoon of flaxseed
- small handful of almonds ( about 8)
- small handful goji berries (about 8)
- 1/2 teaspoon of spirulina powder
Combine all in Blender and blend until smooth and creamy, Serve chilled and enjoy!
