The Farm Signature Green Smoothie
1 cup of baby spinach leaves
1 cup of kale
1 teaspoon spirulina
1 tablespoon Chia seeds
zest of 1/2 lime plus the juice
8 leaves of mint leaves
300ml filtered water.1 cup of kale
