We are pleased that you have reached our online store which showcases our products and allows you to shop anywhere in the world. Placing an order with The Farm Wholefoods online indicates that you accept the following Terms & Conditions
You must ensure your account details are kept up to date. Any changes to your details must be updated through our site or you can contact us to update personal details. Any error in delivery or through transactions occurring due to incorrect details supplied will not be our responsibility
The registration of your private information including your username and password are your responsibility. We are not liable for any unauthorised use of your username and password.
The Farm Wholefoods is passionate about competitive pricing for top quality products. Our prices can and do change regularly due to seasonal and market variations. The price listed on the website is the price that you will be charged at the time of ordering.
If an item becomes out of stock prior to delivery we will contact you via email or phone to let you know and advise an alternative where available.
All of our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and prices are inclusive or Goods and Services Tax (GST).
The prices reflected on this website may differ to the prices in our stores. Please also note that some products do not included the glass jar they have been photographed in and will state this in the product description. We have glass jars available for purchase in our stores if you require them.
Product information, dietary information, photos & pack sizes are all for illustrative purposes and general advice. From time to time packaging, dietary classifications and ingredients vary and we may not always be as up to date as we would like to be, so please always check the details on the packaging before using. This is especially important if there is a possibility of an allergic reaction.
Whilst we take great care to separate and pack all products carefully, the food sold on our website may have been packed in a store or facility that contains allergens, traces of allergens or bi-products of the following: peanuts, nuts, tree nuts, sesame seeds, seeds, soybeans and soy products, egg, pollen and bee products, preservatives, gluten and cereals containing gluten, wheat, rye, barley oats, spelt, dairy, fish and other products that may behave as allergens to certain people. No nutritional information on our website should ever be considered a guarantee.
Orders and Delivery
The Farm Wholefoods will deliver the Goods to you at the Delivery Address within the time agreed with you. Delivery address is the address where the goods are to be delivered as stated on the order.
As we cannot anticipate or control the conditions under which the goods we sell will be used, The Farm Wholefoods cannot be responsible for damages of any nature resulting from the use and/or reliance on the delivery of our goods. No expressed or implied warranties are given other than those implied mandatorily by Commonwealth, State or Territory legislation.
No goods will be supplied by The Farm Wholefoods on any terms or conditions other than those set out herein and by taking delivery of goods the Customer is deemed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Any times quoted for delivery of goods are estimates only and The Farm Wholefoods is not subject to any liability whatsoever for failure to deliver or for delay in delivery arising from any cause whatsoever. The Customer is not relieved of any obligation to accept or pay for Goods by reason of any delay in delivery or dispatch. The Farm Wholefoods reserves the right to deliver in installments and each such installment is deemed to be sold under a separate contract. Failure to deliver any installment does not entitle the Customer to repudiate, rescind or terminate the contract.
All Goods must be checked on delivery. The Customer is deemed to have accepted any Goods delivered as being in conformity with the Customer’s order and merchantable quality unless the Customer notifies The Farm Wholefoods in writing within 48 hours of delivery. For a credit note to be issued by The Farm Wholefoods against damaged goods, proof will be required. Returning the damaged product or providing photos of the damaged product to The Farm Wholefoods is deemed as sufficient proof.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk in the Goods passes to the Customer at the time when the Goods have been placed on the vehicle, which is to effect delivery from The Farm Wholefoods store or warehouse. The Goods remain at the Customer’s risk at all times unless and until The Farm Wholefoods retakes possession of the Goods under these terms and conditions of sale.
The Farm Wholefoods assumes no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage occurring by reason of delay or inability to deliver as a result of fire, strikes, accidents, war, embargoes, accidents, riot, or from any other cause which is unavoidable or beyond our reasonable control and if delays from such causes do occur our delivery period shall be correspondingly extended.
All sales to The Farm Wholefoods must be paid in Australian Dollars (AUD). All sales are final and no returns or refunds are accepted. In good will we will be happy to look into any issues you may raise and endeavour, with no commitment to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit.
If we replace any goods, shipping/handling charges are not refundable.
Refunds can only be credited to a bank account and must be in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
All returns must be approved by the Head Office. Credits are unable to be issued on sale items, discounted items, seasonal merchandise (i.e Christmas) and items after 30 days delivery. Products must be returned in its original packaging.
Out of Stock Items
We do our best to make sure our website reflects the products that are in stock, however stock levels are constantly changing and there may be unforeseen delays from suppliers resulting in the product you order may not be available. If this is the case we will contact you and offer an alternative or a refund on that particular product or ask you if you wish to wait for your order to be sent once the product is received.
We apologise if this happens and appreciate your understanding.
If an item is missing from your order and you have not been notified that it is out of stock please notify us within 48 hours. You will need to email a copy or image of your invoice for the funds to be credited to your account for your next purchase or before a full refund is offered. Please ensure to check your order against the invoice as soon as your order arrives.
We cannot issue refunds, replacements or store credits for items missing or damaged if more than 48 hours has lapsed after your order was delivered.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may change our terms and conditions at any time and these will come into effect immediately after posting onto website. You agree to be bound by these changes in terms and conditions and recommend you check them regularly to stay informed.
